7 days 6 night :-Narita Airport->Mount Fuji->Tokyo->Narita Airport

Hi All,
This is my first time to explore to travel to Japan .Hope to seek some advise.
My flight schedule is from 7 -14 March 2015. I will arrive Narita Airport on 8 March 2015, 7am.It will be free and easy.

Wish to ask if I can take any train from Narita to Mount Fuji for my day 1 of 8 March ?
If yes,

1)what time I need to catch the train

2)Can I buy the train ticket at narita Airport?If yes,which train is most valuable as I will be staying in Tokyo for another 5 nights

3)May I know the nearest train station to arrive Mt. Fuji as I need to book the hotel in advance.

4)Lastly, I will spend to stay one night in Mt Fuji only and will leave on 9 March 2015.What time I need to be in the train station to catch the train to Tokyo city? Will there be any express train service? If yes, which station in Tokyo ? I need the information to book the hotel in Tokyo as well.

Hi Michelle,

1.) It is certainly possible to visit Fuji from Narita, however I'd advise picking a place you wish to visit around Fuji first. There are different approaches and areas worth visiting. Some that come to mind include, Hakone, Kawaguchiko and Fuji Five Lakes. Depending on that I can give you to route and departure time. More on Fuji can be found HERE.

2.) It depends what kind of ticket you wish to buy. Normal tickets may be purchased at Narita Airport, the JR Pass can only be purchased outside of Japan.

3.) Please is 1.) for this.

4.) Trains travel all day between 6:00-24:00, travel between Tokyo and the Fuji area generally takes less than 2 hours, so you could leave any time you like.
