Can you recommed a budget hotel or ryokan for a night for a family of 5, 3 kids at age of 13, 8 & 4 near tokyo disneyland. Kindly also adv if there is any bus from tokyo disneyland after 10pm to the hotel direct. I will be having JR pass and it would be good if we can take any JR bus from tokyo disneyland.

It's always hard to recommend hotels, but have you taken a look at FIFTY's family resort? It's good value and close to Maihama/Disney Land. Family Resort Fifty's is located only 2 km away from Tokyo Disney Resort with the nearest station being a 10-15 mins walk to the JR Keiyo Line Kasai Rinkai Kouen, which is next to Maihama Station. I'm not sure about late buses, but you could certainly ask the hotel for more information on this.
