We're excited to announce our new Japan Meet & Greet service for JR Pass users. With Meet & Greet, we'll meet you right at arrivals and help you activate the Japan Rail Pass.
This way you don't waste any time at the airport and we'll also help you with anything else you may want to do upon arriving in Japan. Think about collecting your Pocket WiFi, exchanging/withdrawing money, buying a Suica card and any other business you may have at the airport.
Finally, we'll escort you through the airport to your onward method of transport, this way you are sure that you are on the right bus, train or taxi and have the best possible start of your trip to Japan.
