Two of us will be traveling in Japan in October and we will have JR passes.
We will end our vacation in Kyoto on The morning of October 19th and will catch our flight to Canada at Narita Airport leaving at 4:25 pm (16:25)
What is the easiest way for us to get from Kyoto to Narita?

Hi there,
The fastest way to Narita Airport from Kyoto using the JR Pass is:
Take the Hikari Shinkansen from Kyoto - Tokyo station, then use the Narita Express to Narita Airport.
The full route take about 5 hours.
