Hello - we are trying to plan our transportation from Kyoto to Shiga Kogen. In my mapping, it notes that the Thunderbird 23Limited ExpressKanazawa is reduced. How can I learn more about what that means for us? Are we best to avoid? In searching, it confirms that things have resumed but are limited. We want to plan ahead if possible.

If the services are reduced, as long as you reserve a seat beforehand you won't have any issues - I suggest looking at the information provided by the JR-West website, for any updates relating to the service.
