Hello everyone,
If i buy a regional pass and get a delivery for the "Exchange Order", can I exchange this voucher at any JR station on the day I want to start my pass ?
I'm planning to buy the Alpine pass and want to use it starting from the 20th of May in Omachi, can I exchange the voucher here at this date or do I need to do it before in another specific location (I will be in Tokyo on the 18th of May) ?

Hi there,
Here is a list of stations you can activate the pass at. My recommendation would be to exchange the pass order in Tokyo and set its activation date for the 20th of May.
