I will be arriving at Narita airport at 15:30 in October (10 days!). It seems that the ticket office is on temporary hours at the moment (closed at 17:00). Will regular business hours resume after 10/11? If not, do you believe I’d be able to exchange my rail pass in time (after deplaning/immigration)?

Once the exchange counter closes at Narita Airport, then you can go to the normal ticket office and make the exchange. Until 21:45.
