Hi Dear , my husband and i will arrive Narita around 6pm on 1st March 2023... i read that jrPass offices close at 6pm some at 5pm. How can we change the ticket? same thing for the wifi poket ? Thank You very much

Hi there,
The JR Pass can be activated at Narita Airport until 21:45 at the JR East ticketing office. For Pocket WiFi: the desk is open until the last flight of the day has landed.
