Might miss my tickets

Hi,

I purchased my passes and was advised about the anticipated date of arrival. Therefore, I had the passes sent to Osaka to meet me. I’m traveling throughout Japan and I am afraid I will miss the arrival of the passes (being sent via fed ex for CA). I need them for my trip from Osaka to tokyo.

Long story short
My stay in Osaka is only Dec 29-Jan 03 and leave for Tokyo on Jan 03
Fed ex says my passes arrive in Osaka on Jan 4
Order was placed on Dec 25/Package sent Dec 27

Are there any options to ensure I can use my passes?

Hi there,

Did we ship them for you to Japan? As most deliveries to Japan only take 2-3 business days, even now during the holidays.

Possible, we may be able to send a new order and it would still arrive in time.

Assuming you did order with us, please contact our support and explain your situation, we may be able to do a new dispatch.
