I am ordering the JR Pass on your website. For the first name and last name fields, should I type in my surname (which is commonly equated to the last name) in the first name field and my given name (similar to a first name) in the last name field, so that my full name will appear in the order that it appears on my passport. Or should I follows exactly what the website states and have my name order inverted and different from the passport. Thank you very much!
Hi there,
The JR Staff is flexible on naming, as long as your first and last name as on your passport are on the order voucher.
With that in mind, I'd just follow the website, so when it asked for your first name, fill that and the same for your last name.
