Hi. My itenerary is Tokyo - Kanazawa - Takayama - Shirakawago -Tokyo
Is JR Pass the most economical way?
Does JR Pass include local buses getting between these towns?
I have look up Hypedia. The following Shinkansen came up for the journey...
Hakutaka 559, Tsurugi 715, Kagayaki 509.
Can I use JR pass for them?

Hi there,
The JR Pass covers travel between all the cities you want to visit and also includes all these trains: Hakutaka 559, Tsurugi 715, Kagayaki 509.
Note that the bus to/from Shirakawa-go is not included but you can use the local JR bus around Kanazawa.
