hi, I purchased 2 JR pass tickets from Singapore but our itinerary might change when we reach Japan and it won't be worth it to use JR pass for transport. can I do a refund in Japan for the tickets I bought via a Singapore agency? if yes, will the refund be in cash or credit back to the credit card?
