Hello, I'm afraid one of us bought the pass too early just a few days ago when our arrival to Japan is on the last week of March.
I've read the refund policy where we'll be refunded 85% within the 15 days of purchase.
Instead of refunding and buying it again closer to our arrival date, is it possible to pause the order for an extra month or two so that we can activate the pass within the 3 month period?

Some reissue fees may still apply, but I'm sure we can find an option with minimum cost involved.
