Travel in Feb Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Tokyo

Hello,

I will be traveling in February 2026. I will be arriving to Kansai International. Travel is as follows

Osaka/Nara/Osaka
Osaka/Kyoto ( will be here for 4 days
Kyoto/Tokyo ( Shibuya, Shinjaku, Ueno, Ginza,)
Shibuya/Narita Airport

I will be in Japan for 11 days

My question is would if make sense buying the 7 day pass or paying for the individual lines. Since I don't know if the fastest routes will be a JR line or private train line. I only need the Shinkansen from Kyoto to Tokyo. Possibly considering Mt. Fugi vs Nagano .

Any advice greatly appreciated!
