Nagoya to Matsumoto, Shiragawago and Takayama to Tokyo

Nagoya to Matsumoto, Shiragawago and Takayama to Tokyo

Would like to seek your advise on the following trip: I would be using the 7Days JR Pass for these places:

Usage of the 7Days Pass:
Day 1 on 10 March-13 March Arrive Haneda airport and will activate the JR pass on 10 March to Nagoya for Nagoya women's marathon (12/3/17)

Day 4 on 13 March
Will start our day trip to Matsumoto before heading back to Nagoya to stay again. I understand that Matsumoto can be made as a half day trip and I would like to know which other area near to Nagoya can do for the other half day before coming back to Nagoya? Where will you recommend for sightseeing?

Day 5 on 14 March-15March
Will go to Shirakawago to stay overnight as I know there is this beautiful 'triangel' house I want to experience and exploring the area.

Day 6 on 15 March-16 March
Leave Shirakawago to Takayama, Staying a night and leave for Tokyo.
Any places to recommend? We would love to explore by cycling or hiking if there is any beautiful place to go in Takayama!!

Day 7 on 16 March
Leave Takayama to Tokyo as this is the last day we can use the 7 Days Pass.
We are also planning to go to Hakone and would like to know how much does it costs to trave 2 ways on the train?
