JR Haruka Super Express to Kyoto from Kansai

Hi there,

The Haruka runs frequently and most riders will only use it to get to/from the Airport (very little commuting traffic). There's nearly always free spots in the non-reserved car.

Especially when you are arriving, you should not have to make a reservation until you are at the Kansai Airport train station.
