My family will be arriving Narita airport from Vietnam on 7/20/23 for a week in Japan before heading back to the US. Can you assist on how I can use my JR pass to go from Narita to my hotel Hilton Tokyo Odaiba. Also, I have the green pass do I have to reserve seats for my family and every time I use the service.

Hi there,
You can use the Narita Express to Tokyo or Shinagawa station - from there use the JR Yamanote line to Shimbashi station.
From there you can use the Yurakimome monorail to Daiba station. Note that this last part is not covered by the JR Pass.
