Daniel-san, Can you please advice whether I can purchase this pass day in advance before the actual travel day or only can purchase on the travel day it self. Where can I purchase this pass in Kyoto and do I have to bring my Passport( tourist) to purchase this Pass

Hi Robin,
You can purchase the Hankyu ticket either at Kansai Airport or Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka in Umeda. You would have to bring your passport in order to purchase the ticket.
