Hi,

Is it worth it for us to purchase a 7-day pass for the following itinerary? We will be staying in Tokyo.

Sorry, I should tell you that we will be in Japan for 7 days.

Should me get the JR-Kanto pass and the Hakone pass for this trip?

Hi there,

Travel within Tokyo is low cost and I would generally advise just buying tickets as you travel. You could buy a SUICA card to make your life a bit easier. Suica is a prepaid travel card, you just charge it and it will deduct the right fare each time you travel.

You could consider a Hakone Free Pass if you plan on making the circle tour of Hakone.
