Hi, my flight arrives at Kansai Airport at 10:30pm. By the time I get through customs and baggage claim, I think the earliest would be 11:30pm. Will there still be trains available? How can I get a place to stay for the night? Any capsule hotels at the airport? Any late buses or trains to the city? When is the earliest bus/train?

Hi there!
The very last trains towards Osaka do leave around 11:30pm. There is an 11:45pm bus that leaves to Osaka station (bottom of the list) that you could also get.
As an alternative, if you don't mind staying near Kansai Airport overnight, here's a list of hotels to get you started.
The following day, JR train services start bright and early around 6am.
