We would like to by 7 days pass for the coming April. But we are already on travelling, do I need to order the voucher, or I can by on my arrival at the airport?
Is the JR pass is also good for metro and bus?

Hi there,
We do need to deliver the JR Pass to you, this could be your accommodation.
The JR Pass covers local JR trains but transport operated by other companies is not included, such as the city bus in Kyoto or Tokyo Metro.
