It is 02/02/2023 here in Hawaii and tomorrow will be the start of our weekend. If I purchase my rail pass and pocket Wi-Fi now, can they be delivered to my hotel by 08/02/2023? Thank you in advance

Delivery to Hawaii takes about 3 business days, same for Japan. If you order now, then the estimated delivery moment is indeed the 8th of Feb.
