I am landing at Narita Airport on November 6, can I use my pass...……….
How do I activate the pass? Does the train stops at Shinjuku Station? I am staying there for few days.
2) From Tokyo to Kyoto, How many hours?
3) From Kyoto to Hiroshima? How many hours? Can I use JR Pass?
4) Also, Can is come back from Hiroshima and stop at Osaka?

You can activate the JR Pass at Narita Airport or Shinjuku. For details see:

3.) It takes about 100 minutes and is covered by the JR Pass.
