Hello everyone, my name is Riley. Nice to meet all of you.
Anyways, my friends and I are going to Japan next year. One of the stops we wanted to make was Hamamatsu. We were going to go there for a few days and nights, as there was a fair amount of stuff that peaked our interest. However, one thing we didn't realize was how spread out everything is. Then I realized it didn't have the most convenient public transit system.
So, I was curious to how hard/difficult is it to get around the city of Hamamatsu, without a car, and relying solely on public transit/getting around by foot? For example, I was looking at somewhere to sleep, but then it would take us an hour and a half to two hours to get around to some places, according to Google Maps.
So, looking for some people with experience travelling in the city, if it's as spread out as Google is telling me and if it's hard to see a lot as a result.
Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this and hope you all have a great day/night!
Riley
