Hi,
I will arrive in Tokyo in 20 of april and I'll leave to Kyoto 2 days later and stay in Kansai for about 10 days. Is it worth of buying a JR of 7 days ? I'd like to visit Kyoto, Nara, Kobe and Osaka in Kansai. Witch is the best way to travel around there?

Hi Ceci,
The JR-Pass offers great value if you travel some of the longer distances in Japan. The 7-day JR-Pass is about the same price as a return Tokyo Kyoto. It may not be the best option for you since you only travel one way to Kyoto.
Local travel in the Kansai Area is not very expansive for instance one way between Osaka and Kyoto is 540 Yen and one way Kyoto --> Nara 690 Yen.
So I think the best way for you to travel is just to buy single Tickets.
