I purchases a JR Pass and have an order number. But my Credit Union sent me a text asking if this was a fraudulent transaction. I had to to go there and tell them it was legit and it shows on their end pending.
Im on day two and no confirmation from jrpass.com. I've sent emails to support and no answer. They have no phone number to call either. Now Im wondering if Im going to get screwed?
Anyone else had issues like this? Any phone numbers I can call to talk to a legit human being? If I had known there is no phone number I would have taken my business elsewhere.
