Just wondering have you ever get ask to provide a documents below? I don’t understand why they asking this for JR ?
I quoted the email here :

About your order, although the order successfully went through, our payment processor flagged us for enhanced checking.
We are currently keeping your order on hold and would like to double-check with you about your payment details before dispatch.
We are very sorry to ask you but could you please provide the following document of copies/photos?
- a scanned copy of the cardholder's passport
- a scanned copy of the credit card used for the payment

a scanned /photo of the bank statement with the billing address showing the following details:
We need to see the cardholder's name, The name of the issuer bank, Only the last 4 digit number of your payment card The billing address with the country name. Please hide other sensitive information if you feel uncomfortable.”
