JR asking for my confidential documents!!

Hi,

Just wondering have you ever get ask to provide a documents below? I don’t understand why they asking this for JR ?

I quoted the email here :

“ Thank you for purchasing from us.

About your order, although the order successfully went through, our payment processor flagged us for enhanced checking.
We are currently keeping your order on hold and would like to double-check with you about your payment details before dispatch.

We are very sorry to ask you but could you please provide the following document of copies/photos?

1. a scanned copy of the cardholder's passport
2. a scanned copy of the credit card used for the payment

3. a scanned /photo of the bank statement with the billing address showing the following details:

   We need to see the cardholder's name, The name of the issuer bank, Only the last 4 digit number of your payment card The billing address with the country name. Please hide other sensitive information if you feel uncomfortable.”
