The easiest and most convenient is that Narita Express. Info is on Hyperdia.

Hi there,
Yes the Narita Express is by far the best option for travel to Yokohama.
Trains depart every ~30 minutes. The fare is 4,280 yen for a one way ticket but a discount ticket can be purchased for 2000yen each way.
