I am going to travel to Osaka in March and would like to buy JR West Rail Pass when I arrive.
In the website, it is written that when purchasing a rail pass, a return plane/boat ticket (including a printed e-ticket) must be shown.
However, my airline does not provide e-ticket, can I use confirmation email instead ? If yes, what information should be presented in the email ?

Hi there,
JR West is pretty strict about this. At the least you are required to print a printed e-ticket or booking confirmation showing your flight dates, flight number and your own name.
