Kansai Airport to Hotel Rihga Nakanoshima Inn

1.) The last train connection between Kansai Airport and Osaka station leaves Kansai Airport at 23:09. There's also an other train leaving at traveling to Tennoji but not all the way to Osaka station.

2.) To travel to your Hotel, take the Nankai Airport Express from Kansai Airport to Namba. You can transfer here to the metro (10min walk but well guided) Yotsubashi Line stopping at Higobashi or take the taxi from Namba for the last part.

3.) I would consider buying an ICOCA IC Card to get you around Kansai, travel is relatively cheap in this area and the JR Pass is better suited for longer distance travel (such as a return to Tokyo).

PS: also for day 2 you may find Osaka Unlimited Pass very useful as it allows for unlimited travel on the metro and also gives free entrance to many attractions such as Osaka Castle.

thanks for your advice , it did help me alot !

As im arrriving airport at 22.30, i just worried that i was unable to catch the last train at 23.09. ( claim baggage, buy IC Card, flight delay, etc..)

Any other transport option ( night bus etc..) take me to Osaka town after 23.09?
i'm not consider to take Taxi as the fare is not affordable.

Its a known issue but there's hardly any traffic from Kansai Airport - Osaka at night. There is a kind-of-a-night-bus traveling between KIX - Osaka. The service is called Kate and you cound find more about it here.

The other option would be to take the leaving Kansai Airport at 23:32. Which travels to the station Tennoji, this is already in the center of Osaka and may be a valid option depending on where your accommodation is located.

base on the info provided i summarize the following option:

Nankai Express - last train from Kansai to Namba will be at 23.29 @ 890 Yen
Airport Limousine (night Bus) - last bus from Kansai to Namba is at 0.00 @ 1500 Yen
Airport Limousine - last 3 bus from Kansai to Osaka Stn ( Hotel New Hankyu) at 23.45, 00.30 & 01.30. @ 1500 Yen
