Kansai to Itami airports

The best way to get there is to take [the direct bus service] which takes 1,900yen / 75 minutes. I would try to avoid rail there because it is very complicated. If you do want to look Itami Airport up in Hyperdia use ''Osaka Airport''.

Okay, so I guess I should have asked you this with my previous question. From Itami, is there something like the Haruka Express which can bring us into Kyoto? Would I still be able to get the Icoca + Haruka package? Or do I have to go back to Kansai for that? My husband is landing at Itami, I'm landing at Kansai about 4 hours earlier than him and was going to take the bus to meet him at Itami.

Kyoto is also reached by bus because rail travel between the airport and Kyoto takes at least 3 transfers. The bus between Itami Airport and Kyoto takes about 1 Hour and 1280 yen.

The Haruka + Icoca package is only available from Kansai Airport but going back by bus to Kansai Airport really would not make sense in terms of money or time.
