Hi there,
I've looked up the route for you in Hyperdia. You can take the Osaka City Subway to Tennoji and take the JR from there.
Alternatively you could walk from the Temmabashi area to Kyobashi and take the JR from there, this way you would not have to pay anything if you already have a JR Pass.
