due to my flight arrival osaka is about 2300 pm , i was thinking can i stay at airport for overnight and take the next dat earlier JR to Shin -Osaka station?

Hi Annpor,
If your flight lands around 23.00 it is not a bad idea to spend the night around Kansai Airport.
There are several accommodations in the area. Just make sure to check with them if they allow for late check-ins.
The Airport itself is open for 24-hours so you can stay there on a bench or in a lounge too without having to pay anything.
