I'm planning on renting a pocket WiFi for our Japan vacation. I read the article about picking up and returning the pocket WiFi (wonderful instructions!). We will be arriving at Narita and understand the pick up process. However, we will be departing from Osaka ITM and don't see that airport as a drop off location. What should we do?

Hi Mary,
This is correct, ITAMI airport is mostly for a domestic flight. You can however return the WiFi from anywhere in Japan by post, such as from a convenience store, post office or even your hotel.
If you want to make use of this, just select any airport from the selection menu. Return instructions by post are included in the WiFi package.
