Hi there,
The JR Nationwide pass is available in 7, 14 and 21 days.
You may however find local passes that can be bought for just a day or two, like the Tokyo Metro Pass.

Oh i know Daniel, the JR pass is very informative, my issue is: can i buy more than one of those 2 days subway special tickets?
