I'm planning on travelling to Japan next year, starting from Tokyo to Kyoto then Osaka. I'm also planning to go visit Nara while staying at Kyoto, and I was wondering if a suica card would be enough to get from Kyoto to Nara. Also, I was wondering exactly what JR train lines work on a sucia card. Since soon the JR pass price will increase and when I calculated the cost, it would be better for me to just use a Suica card. also would I have to get another card such as ICOCA or pasmo or a ticket to go to universal studio from Namba Station.
