Hi there,

All passes are shipping using Fedex envelope's and a signature is required upon delivery. We recently had an other customer posting her just delivered JR Pass on our facebook page. I think that really displays the envelope contents well.

In short you will receive the JR Voucher (paper), a short guide (including a map) on how to activate the pass at some of the major station and an invoice.

The country I currently reside it has complicated customs rules for international shipping, as anything priced above 200 or 300 euro has a high chance of being seized by customs, delaying the reception date, and don't even get me started on taxation.
What I wanted to ask you is, has any customer reported any complications involving national customs and is there an option not to include the invoice?
