While I do not have he exact dates that you travel, based on the cities in the title, a 14 day JR Pass would be the best option.

There's no other pass that covers all these cities and 14 days will be a good amount to explore.

Adding too and from Tokyo NRT on May 2nd and May 16th

Tokyo May 2nd - May 6th
Kyoto May 6th - May 9th
Hiroshima May 9th - May 11th
Osaka May 11th - May 14th
Tokyo May 14th - May 16th

I can confirm that the 14 day JR Pass would be the best option here. You'll make nice savings and the JR Pass covers travel on each of these routes.
