hallo
I plan to travel from kyoto to kansai airport but i still lack information on how to take JR special rapid service and JR kansai airport rapid service. Can i use the icoca/suica (IC Card) to take both train or i need to buy ticket for both train in ticket office or ticket machine?

The can certainly use your Suica card for this! No problem at all.
Only if you use the Haruka Express from Kyoto - Kansai Airport would a limited express ticket be required.
