I was wondering what pass would be most helpful in commuting from the DK Tokyo House, which is located by the Shin-koiwa station, to Sophia University Yotsuya Campus.

Hi there,
Sophia University Yotsuya has a great access page which you can find here which is located in Tokyo. Travel in Tokyo is relatively expansive so I would recommend just buying normal tickets.
You may also be able to pick up a Suica card which makes for very convenient travel in Tokyo.
