I will be going to osaka on the 5/2 arriving at night.
Planning to spend 2 days in osaka and 2 days in Kyoto and 5 days in tokyo.Do you think that is enough?

Do you fly back from Tokyo or Osaka?
If you don't return from Tokyo it is probably better to just buy separate tickets. The travel time between Kyoto and Tokyo is about 160 Minutes by the Hikari Shinkansen.
I am not entirely sure what you mean by ''Do you think that is enough?'' but if you mean to have a good time in Japan, then Yes! Consider adding a day to Kyoto as it is a nice switch from the metropolitan cities like Tokyo and Osaka.
