Were a group of 6 staying in tokyo dec28-jan4 but we only intend to go mt fuji jan2 then yuzawa or nagano skiing jan3-4. What pass would be good to use.

It depends on your final itinerary, e.g. doing to Yuzawa or Nagano is quite a different trip.
