4 days in Tokyo
2 Days in Hakone
4 days in Kyoto with a day trip to Nara
2 days in Osaka
Return to Tokyo.

Hi there,
Given your itinerary, you could consider using a 7-day Nationwide JR Pass, starting from the day you leave Hakone for Kyoto.
Please note that there is no JR Pass Exchange Office in Hakone. Therefore, I recommend exchanging your voucher for the physical pass at a major station before you depart.
When you do this, you can simply request a future start date so that your 7-day window begins specifically on the day you travel from Hakone to Kyoto.
