My husband, sister and I will be arriving at Chitose on 6 March 2017 at 9am international flight. Here are the places we will go
6th to 7th -Niseko (1 night)
8th -Yoichi & Otaru day trip
9th -Lake Toya day trip
10th to 11th -Hakodate (1 night, depart frm Lake Toya to Hakodate)
12th - Hakodate back to Sapporo
13th - sapporo to airport
Is this itenary feasible? What is the best transportation and any recommendation for places to stay?

Hi there,
The itinerary looks fine to me, I don't see any problems.
For travel, I would look at using a JR Hokkaido Pass for travel to Hakodate and back to Sapporo.
