My order #2130536 has been dispatched. I requested for the passes to be issued on September 30th. We'll arrive in Narita on December 29th. How would I know if the passes got issued on September 30th? I'm getting really worried since I haven't received any response.

The issue dates are printed on your passes, so there can't be any doubt about it.
I can see in the system that we received your e-mail and added a note on the 26th.
