JR Pass vs Regional Pass

Hi Im Ryan,
this is my first time to Jpn (with sis and mom),
Arrive Feb 21 at Narita and plan to stay 4 nights at Kyoto (visit nara, kobe, osaka)
then head to kawazu, stay at hakone for a night
then 5 nights at Tokyo
and leave on day 11 14.55 from Narita
i wonder whats the best pass for my trip (and in what day to activate)

Hi Ryan,

My advice would be to use a 7 day JR Pass if you can use it to travel from Narita - Kyoto and all at least to Hakone but even better if you can also use it to travel back to Tokyo.
