We are staying in Shibuya and want to ride the bullet train at some point.
We are spending 3 days in Shibuya, going to Mount Fuji for a day trip.
After that, we will go to Maihama for 4 days and then back to NRT.
Would it be worth to buy a JR Pass or a JR Tokyo wide or JR East pass?

It would depend on where you want to travel with the Shinkansen :) Once you know that, it would be easier to find a matching pass.
