Kansai-Kyushu-Kanto with 7 days JR Pass

I want to maximixe the use of 7 days JR Pass. Please advise on my itinerary covering Kansai-Kyushu-Kanto areas.

Day 1: arrival Kansai airport
Overnight in airport

Day 2: Kansai airport-Kyoto.
Kyoto One Day Bus Pass.
Kiyomizu-dera, Fushimi Inari, Gion
Overnight in Gion

Day 3: Kyoto-Osaka Keihan Pass
Nishiki market, Ginkokuji-dera, Arashimaya, Sagano train

Afternoon: Kyoto-Osaka
Overnight in Namba

Day 4: Activate 7 days JR Pass
1st day use JR Pass
Shin Osaka - Hiroshima
JR loop bus
Overnight in Hiroshima

Day 5:
2nd day use JR Pass
Hiroshima-Hakata
Dinner in Tenzin Yatai
Overnight in Hakata

Day 6:
3rd day use JR Pass
Hakata - Yufuin (Mori no Yu train)
Enjoy Yufuin onsen
Afternoon: Yufuin-Beppu
Overnight in Beppu

Day 6:
4th day use JR Pass
Beppu hell onsen
Afternoon: Beppu-Kumamoto
Overnight in Kumamoto

Day 7:
5th day use JR Pass
Kumamoto-Kurokawa onsen (bus 2500 yen)
Overnight in Ryokan Kurokawa onsen town

Day 9:
6th day use JR Pass
Afternoon: Kurokawa onsen-Kumamoto (bus 2500 yen)
Kumamoto-Hakata
Hakata-Tokyo
Overnight in train

Day 10:
7th day use JR Pass
Tokyo-Minakami-Tokyo

Day 11: Tokunai Pass
Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku

Day 12: Pasmo/Suica card
Asakusa, Yokohama, Akihabara

Day 13: Haneda airport+1 day subway pass
Ueno, Tokyo St
Going to Haneda airport from Tokyo St

Do I miss something here? Is this efficiently used? Please advise. Thanks
