Some cities are served or no by the JR Pass?

All these places are covered by the JR-Pass, so you would not have to pay anything extra.
After Nara will you be traveling back to Tokyo? If so, than it would be worth it getting a 7 Day JR-Pass for this.
You could use the pass to travel to and from the Airport in Tokyo as well.

You could use a night bus instead, that are generally a great way to save some money. However I would never recommend them if you are only in Japan for a short amount of time. This because you may loose the next to tiredness day if you can't sleep in the Night Bus.

Actually, now, i decide to do that , in in the correct order :

-Osaka (i will arrive in Osaka airport, so it will be include the transport (airport / Osaka town) by JR Pass? -Nara -Kyoto -Tokio (i will leave from Tokyo airport, so it will be include the transport (Tokyo town / Tokyo airport ) by JR Pass?

For information, i will stay in Japan in total 10-11 days maximum.
Where or how i can buy my JR pass and the price plese ? (regular seat).
